For suppliers

Your customers are already buying.
This is how the order arrives.

Silsilah does not take your customers or your prices. It changes the format of the order and the speed of getting paid.

What you get

Six things that change on day one.

More orders, less chasing

Reordering is one tap for a café that already buys from you. The friction that loses you a line item disappears.

Orders you can act on

Priced against your own catalogue, with branch, quantity, delivery window and terms attached. Nothing to retype.

Disputes settled at the door

A shortage is recorded with a photo, a time and a name, by the person who received it. Not remembered differently three weeks later.

One statement, one settlement

Across every café you supply, with fees, returns and credits already applied, and a date you can forecast against.

Customers who stopped ordering

You are told when a regular has not reordered, while it still matters.

Promotion that is labelled

Featured placement and sampling campaigns exist. They are marked as paid and kept out of search ranking and recommendations.

Getting live

If your catalogue is a PDF or a spreadsheet, send it as it is. It gets extracted and you approve what came out before anything is published.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do I have to change my prices?
No. You load your own catalogue and your own contract prices, including the ones that are specific to a single customer. Nobody else sees them.
Do I lose the relationship with my customer?
No. They are still your customer, buying your products at your prices, delivered by your drivers. What changes is the format of the order and the speed of getting paid.
What if my catalogue is a PDF?
Send it as it is. It gets extracted, and you approve what came out before anything is published. A spreadsheet, an export from your system or a hand typed list all work too.
When do I get paid?
On the terms agreed with you, counted from accepted goods rather than from the moment an order is placed. One transfer covering many orders, with a statement showing every line, fee, return and credit behind it.
What does it cost?
A percentage of what you sell through the platform, agreed with you before you go live. Nothing to sell means nothing to pay.
